Brooklyn Kinfolk dinner

I went to New York with Kinfolk back in February to help out with their Brooklyn dinner. We made this huge garland and hung it from the ceiling in the space. We also covered doorways and the cheese tables with simple eucalyptus garlands that were textural and beautiful.  We ate a delicious dinner by the Jewels of New York. It was great to meet so many wonderful people....

Some arrangements from January. This bride emphasized casual more than any bride I've ever had. Her groom asked if there was something other than rose petals they could throw down the aisle...and then he suggested sawdust. I still don't know if he was joking.  The wedding was at the salt lake hardware building, and I think these looked real pretty in the space. read more...
